We ship domestically within Australia. Your orders will be dispatched and posted within 1-2 days. Once dispatched, shipping time will vary depending on the type of shipping selected. ​ Standard shipping parcels are sent via AusPost at a cost of $15.00 [or free on orders over $100]. Express shipping parcels are sent via AusPost at a cost of $20.00. ​ If your parcel is left unattended, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk. Once a parcel has been delivered to your nominated address, we take no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If you will not be present to accept delivery of your parcel or feel that your address is unsafe to leave a parcel unattended, we recommend sending your order to a work address. If you are providing a work address, please always include the level (if a multi storey building) and the name of the company as AusPost will return to sender if you do not make these details clear. We can redeliver parcels where the address is incomplete, or has been incorrectly provided, however this will incur a delivery charge of $15.00 for standard registered post or $20.00 for express post. ​ Please note that the delivery times specified are approximate and as provided by AusPost. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving the item ​if it’s still in “sellable condition". This means, the item should be:
UNWORN,
UNWASHED,
DEVOID OF ANY STAINS,
SCUFFS, TEARS
MYSTERIOUS SMELLS
​IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept the items that you have tried on your dogs. So, we highly recommends that you should get the correct measurement of your dog’s neck or chest size before ordering. ​ The sale of any discounted products is final unless the item is proven to be damaged or faulty.
REFUND POLICY
If you wish to return a product you have purchased, you are welcome to request a refund, however we make no guarantees that your request will be approved.
We ask that you provide all relevant information via our contact form within 14 days of purchase, including:
Your name and email address
Your order number and the item/s purchased
The reason for your refund request

Photos of the item/s, if applicable
If your refund request is approved, refunds for physical products will only be approved for items that are returned within 14 days of receiving the item/s in their original condition. Our returns policy is outlined below
RETURNS POLICY
When you receive your order, please thoroughly inspect all products as we cannot accept returns more than 14 days after the date of purchase.
Please initiate your return request as promptly as possible once you have received your item. In order to initiate a return,

Pack and seal the item/s in their original packaging and post the parcel back to us at the address we provide via registered post (as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit)
For faulty or damaged products, we will organise your refund or replacement within 14 days of receiving your return. Please note that timeframes for replacement items are subject to stock availability
For change of mind returns, we will issue a refund within [7] days of receiving your return.
The sale of any discounted products is final unless the item is proven to be damaged or faulty.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCTS
We take care to pack your products carefully so that they won't get damaged in transit. If, for whatever reason, they arrive damaged or faulty, we ask that you let us know within 7 days of receiving them in the mail.
We will arrange for the damaged or faulty product to be returned to us and you can let us know whether you would like us to either send a replacement to you or provide you with a refund.

Fill up our warranty/ guarantee claim form and await our response.
Once we received your request, we will ask you to pack and seal the item/s and post the parcel back to us at the address we provide via registered post (as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit). So, we can inspect the product physically before we can tell you if it is under warranty.

CHANGE OF MIND
Changed your mind? No problem. We will happily accept returns if the item is unused [with the original tags still attached] and in its original packaging, which must be in its original condition. Upon receipt, we will issue you with a refund.
We do not refund any postage fees for change of mind returns. We do not cover the postage fee for returning items.
We do not accept change of mind returns more than 14 days after the date of purchase.
EXCHANGES
All exchanges will be processed as a refund. You will need to return the item for a refund and receive a credit code to place a new order for your replacement item.

WARRANTY/ GUARANTEE POLICY
Our Guarantee is simple - we’ll replace a BOONDOG product, if any of the workmanship, or components fail within the first 12 months of normal use.

OK, so what does the guarantee really mean?
BOONDOG is quite happy to guarantee our products against breakage, but we can only be expected to guarantee against things we have control over, or responsibility for.
​
This means we will replace a product if any of the components break as a result of normal use (the use to which the product was intended when designed).
​
But... We Do Not guarantee that your dog won’t chew your BOONDOG product or wear and tears.
​
Chewing of equipment is a training issue, it is the responsibility of the dog’s owner and not something BOONDOG has any control over.
​
Keep your equipment in a safe place, where dogs can’t use it as a plaything and it will give you years of effective service.
