how to measure
It’s important to get the correct measurement of your dog’s neck size before ordering.
The best and most accurate way is to use a fabric tape measure.
NECK
Measure around the widest part of your dog’s neck, allowing enough room for two fingers to slide under for a snug but not tight fit (this is usually an additional 2cm to be added to the measured length).
Please ensure that the size you purchase is larger than your dog’s neck, but smaller than their overall head size. This will prevent the collar from slipping off.
CHEST
Measure right around the body around the deepest part of your dog's chest (this is usually just behind the dog's front legs).
